1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
dash of hot sauce (to taste)
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together until well blended (mixer on low speed works well).
Cover and chill for 8 hours.
Remove from bowl and using plastic wrap form into a ball and roll in parsley. Chill additional 2 hours.
Serve with crackers.
