1/2lb. ground beef
1/2lb. Italian sausage (hot or sweet)
1 med. onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 bell pepper chopped
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
6 eggs
1 sm. jar Raguy marinara sauce or Italian cooking sauce or your own
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat together until cooked; drain. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Simmer on low heat. Add frozen spinach to center of pan and allow to thaw, mixing into meat mizture as it thaws. Beat six eggs. Add to mixture, scramble together as it cooks. Add ragu to tast and season to taste. Great with salad and garlic bread
