1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. water
1 c. cottage cheese
1 T. instant minced onion
1 T. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the yeast in 1/4 c. warm water. Heat the cottage cheese until lukewarm. Combine all the ingredients except the flour and mix well. Add the flour and mix. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled. Stir down dough. Turn in well greased 8" round casserole dish and let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
