7 oz. spaghetti
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 T. butter, divided
1 lb. tomato sauce, 2 ea. 8-oz. cans
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 C. sour cream
1/3 C. scallions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Saute beef in 1 T. butter and add tomato sauce. Set each aside. Melt remaining 2 T. butter. Combine cottage and cream cheeses, sour cream and scallions. Spread half the spaghetti in a 2-quart casserole, cover with all of the cheese mixture, layer on the remaining spaghetti, pour the melted butter over and layer the beef and tomato mixture on top. Bake 45 minutes.
