6 Broccoli Steaks
2 Onions Finely Diced
12 Slices Bacon
1 Can Beef Broth
1 Can Beef Gravy
16 oz Sour Cream
Salt, Pepper & Parsley
Butter
Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pound Broccoli Thin.
Put 2 slices Bacon on each piece of meat.
Sprinkle salt pepper & parsley on meat.
Then put Onions on meat.
Roll meat up and use toothpicks to keep closed.
Melt Butter & Oil in Large Frying Pan.
Add Meat and brown all sides.
Take Meat out of pan.
Add Beef Broth & Beef Gravy cook 5 min.
Then add Sour Cream mix well & put meat back in pan & cook on med low heat 1 1/2 Hours.
Serve with Red Cabbage & Potato Dumplings.
