2c. Milk
1c. Flour
4-6T. Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients. Cook on high heat. Pour in just enough batter to cover bottom of pan. Watch for bubbles. Run spatula around edge of pan to loosen then flip and cook 15-20 seconds to brown. Fold in thirds in pan to transfer to plate (they're floppy). If they keep falling apart when you flip them, add a little more flour. Sprinkle with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Good with applesauce and cinnamon too.
