1 package of frozen Tator Tots
1 small onion
Chopped meat (your choice: bacon, ham, sausage)
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x12 pan.
Pour in package of frozen Tator Tots until fill bottom
Add chopped onions – desired amount
Add chopped meat (can use ham, bacon or any other meat you prefer)
Mix 5-6 eggs with 2 cups of milk and our over Tator Tots and meat
Sprinkle with shredded cheese of your choice
Bake 20-30 @ 350º
