2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 med. onion chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. veg. oil
2 15 oz. cans northern white beans (drained)
2 15 oz. cans chicken broth
1 70z. can chopped green chiles
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. cayenne (optional)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 T. flour

Directions:
Saute first 4 ingedients in oil. Add beans, broth, chiles & seasonings. Simmer 30 mins. Combine sour cream with flour & milk then add to rest of ingredients. When serving, can sprinle with chopped Cilantro, chopped tomato.
