1 pkg active dry yeast.
1/4 C warm water.
1 C cottage cheese, room temperature
2 T sugar
1 T instant minced onion
1 T butter
2 T dill seed
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, baking soda and egg. Mix until blended. Stir in yeast mixture. Gradually add flour to form a stiff dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Stir down. Turn into well-greased 8" round casserole, about 1 to 1 1/2 qt. size. Let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes. Brush with a little melted butter. Cut in wedges to serve.
