2 pkg. Jiffy Cornbread Mix
3 lg. eggs, well beaten
1-1/2 sticks of melted margarine or butter
16 oz. cottage cheese
1 10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
1 med-large chopped onion

Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients by hand. Bake in a 9x13 sprayed or greased pan for 45 mins.
