1 L of youghurt
1 full garlic
basil
olives
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put the yogourt into a cheesecloth. Hang it somewhere so the water drips from it. (You can let it dry for a day or so). When dried, add the very thinly sliced garlic and some olive oil. Blend them with a spoon, until it becomes smooth and well mixed.. Then you put it on the serving plate, decorate it with the basil and olives. Drizzle some olive oil on top.
