500 g of forcemeat
1 big onion
2 eggs
200 g of black bread or black flour (type 100)
red pepper, black pepper, basil, origano, salt or Vegeta

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the onion, add it to the meat, eggs, the spices and mix them together. Then add the bread or the black flour (type 100) and mix them together until you reach a non liquid mass. Then take some small pices of the mixture, and with both hands roll until you get a ball. Fry the balls in hot oil, and .......... Bon Appetit!
