1 cup flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsps. baking powder, 2 tbsps. sugar, 2 tbsps melted butter, 1 beaten egg, 1 cup milk

Mix all together and pour onto a griddle. Batter is on the thick side, so it makes nice thick pancakes.
