1 package Azteca Super Size or Burrito tortillas
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove torillas from fridge. Let stand at room temperature for at least 15 minutes. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on tortillas. Sprinkle with approx. 1 T each onions, olives and peppers. Tightly roll up tortilla. Wrap indivudually in plastic wrap. Repeat for all tortillas. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. To serve, cut into 3/4 inch diagonal slices. Makes 48 to 50 slices.
