2 cups flour
2 eggs
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Measure dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Make a well in the center and break eggs into it. Slowly add water and mix with a wooden spoon. Beat until smooth and dough will throw bubbles.

Let stand 20 minutes

Rapidly boil water. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into water. Boil until fluffy, about 1 minute. Dough will float to the top of the water when done.

Boil 2-3 dozen at a time.

Serve warm with gravy
