4 potatoes cut into small pieces (not diced),
1 med onion chopped,
2 cans whole corn (1 not drained) ,
2 cans creamed style corn,
2 cans evaporated milk,
salt and pepper to taste,

Directions:
Directions:
boil potatoes (not too much), brown onion in little butter or oil, add onion, potatoes, milk and both types of corn to a large pot (spray bottom of pot with pam to keep from sticking), bring to boil then immediately turn heat down and simmer.

I alwys add crushed red pepper flakes to add a bite to it!!!! judy
