1 lb Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 Eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 C Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Fill 12 cooked manacotti shells. Cover with tomato sauce. Bake, covered for 30 minutes at 350º
