1 lb ground round
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground veal
1 C bread crumbs (seasoned)
1/2 C Milk
2 Eggs
1 small onion chopped fine
1 tsp salt
pepper
parsley
1/ 4 C Ketchup or tomato soup
Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Form into loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour 15 minutes.
