2 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp sugar
sprinkle salt
1/2 c water
2 c milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in a saucepan. Add water and mix well. Place over medium heat. Bring to boil and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add more milk and heat slowly. Do not boil.
Remove from heat and beat with a beater till frothy.
