1 (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (6 oz) pkg stove top chicken stuffing mix
1/2 c water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless, chicken breasts but into bite sized pieces
1 tsp basil
1 c mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Place tomatoes with their liquid in medium bowl. Add stuffing mix, water and garlic. Stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside. Place chicken in a 13 in x 9 in pan, sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with the stuffing mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
