Cheese Cake Recipe

CRUST - 3 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
Mix and line bottom and sides of angel food cake pan. Bake 5 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool.

FILLING - 4 8oz pkg PHILADELPHIA cream cheese
3 tbsp flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 pint sour cream
2 tbsp vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 pint heavy sweet cream
Blend cream cheese until smooth. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into crust. Bake 1 hour only at 325 degrees. Leave oven on but remove cake. Let cool 10 minutes.

TOPPING - 1 pint sour cream
1 1/2 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Blend well. Spoon on top of cake. Bake 5 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool slowly. When cool, refrigerate overnight.

This is grams special cheesecake. She could not give this away (not even to me) till after Mrs O'Lear passed away.
