1 lb Powdered Sugar (2.5 c)
3/4 lb Mashed Potatoes
3/4 lb Angel Coconut (4 c)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar into lukewarm mashed potatoes
Add coconut
Drop by tsp onto a cookie sheet or wax paper
As it cools, form into balls
Vanilla and nuts may be added

Note: use a minimum of water when making the potatoes
