1 10oz pkg frozen rasberries,
2 egg whites (room temperature),
1 tsp lemon juice,
dash of salt,
1 c heavy cream (whipped with a dash of almond extract),
9 in. baked pie shell (follow directons on pkg),
few fresh rasberries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
in bowl combine rasberries, sugar, egg whites lemon juice and salt. beat for 15 minutes or until stiff...fold in whipped cream...mound in pie shell...freeze till firm..can garnish with fresh rasberries for a nice touch.
