1/3/4c sugar,
3 eggs,
2 c sifted flour,
1 tsp baking powder,
1 tsp cinnamon,
1/2 tsp salt,
1 tsp vanilla,
1 c oil,
2 c mcintosh apples(thinnly sliced),
1 c chopped cuts (optional)

beat sugar and eggs well!!!! ..add sifted dry ingredients, add oil,.. add vanilla..fold in thinly sliced apples and nuts...bake in grease 9x13 pan at 350º for 40 minutes...cool on rack...cut into squares
