9-12 green tomatoes
8-10 red apples
9 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 pint water
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tomato, lemon juice, and water for 15 minutes. Add apples and cook until thickens. Add warm sugar. Put into jars and enjoy. If you are not familiar with jams see jam guide for canning instructions.
