2 sticks butter melted,
1 c brown sugar,
1 c white sugar,
3 eggs beaten,
1 tablespoon vanilla,
1 c oat meal,
1 c corn flakes,
2 c flour,
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp baking soda,
1 tsp baking powder,
1 1/2 c raisins,
1/2 c currants,
1/2c chopped dates
1/2 c flaked coconut
1 c chopped walnuts

Directions:

blend together butter and sugar, stir in beaten eggs and vanilla, add oatmeal and cornflakes....sift together flour,baking soda, baking powder...mix with oatmeal mixture and add raisins, nuts, and coconut.bake at 350º . drop by the tablespoon onto ungreased pan..cook about 12 min or until brown

mama says: if batter is two thick add another egg. also keep them separated on the cookie sheet because they spread while cooking
