1/2c butter,
1c sugar,
2 eggs,
1 1/2c milk,
2c flour,
2 tsp baking powder,
1/2 tsp salt,
2 1/2c bluberries (can use 1-12oz bag of frozen),
2 tsp vanilla,

Directions:
Directions:
on low speed, cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add eggs and mix until well blended. add flour, baking powder and salt alternately with mlk. mash 1/2 c blueberries and stir in by hand. add the rest of the blueberries and pile high into paper muffin cup that have been placed inside regular muffin tin.
bake at 375º cool inpan for 30 minutes before serving.

Before moving to Swampscott, we would often stop in the bakery at Jordan's in towntown Boston to get these muffins. Once the recipe was printed, we were again able to enjoy them.
