1 tbsp butter,
1 med onion chopped,
1 small garlic minced,
1/2tsp curry,
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper,
2 1/2lbs butternut squash,
3(10 3//4oz ) cans chicken broth
1c water
1/4tsp nutmeg
1tsp worcestershire sauce,
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter,
1/2c heavy cream,
1tsp salt,

Directions:
heat butter, saute onion, garlic,curry powder,and red pepper. pare,seed and cut squash into small cubes. boil in chicken broth, water and nutmeg until tender. remove from heat, add onion mixture, stir in worcestershire sauce, peanut butter and add salt to taste. blend in an electric blender. add cream. reheat and serve or freeze and serve later,
