2C SIFTED FLOUR,
1/2C CONFECTIONERS SUGAR,
1C BUTTER,
4 BEATEN EGGS,
2C SUGAR,
1/3C LEMON JUICE,
1/4C FLOUR,
1/2TSP BAKING POWDER
Directions:
Directions:
sift together flour and confectioners sugar
cut in butter until mixture clings together
press into a 13in pan
bake at 350º until lightly brown.
beat eggs,sugar and lemon juice together.
sift flour and baking powder.
stir into egg mixture
pour into baked crust
bake at 350 for 25min or longer
when cool sprinkle with confectioners sugar and cut into bars
