1 small head of cabbage
1 finely chopped green pepper
4 stalks of celery chopped
1 bunch scallions chopped
4 carrots grated
2 tbps finely chopped parsley
1 red pepper or pimento chopped
1/4c vinegar
1/3c oil
1 full tsp dry mustard
sugar,salt and pepper to taste (fool around with these three items)
