1/2c raisins
1/2c sugar
2c sifted flour
2tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp salt
2tp baking soda
2/3c oil
2c grated carrots
1 large apple peeled and grated
2 eggs
2tsp vanilla
1/c nuts

Directions:
Directions:
soak raisins in hot water 10min. drain
mix dry ingredients then sift into bowl
stir in raisins,carrots,apples and walnuts
blend eggs,oil and vanilla
mix together until well blended
bake at 350º for 20-25 min.
