Ingredients:  
Six cans small, white potatoes;
Four cups of milk (whole milk);
Eight tbsp. butter;
Eight tbsp. flour;
Two tbsp. finely minced onoins;
14-oz. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain potatoes and cut them into large chunks; and add to mixing bowl;
Warm three cups of milk in a saucepan;
In separate saucepan make a roux using flour and butter over heat;
Add one-cup of cold milk to roux and mix until smooth;
Add the three cups of warmed milk and minced onions to roux, stirring constantly until thickend;
Remove from heat as soon as sauce begins to bubble;
Add cheese;
Mix sauce and potatoes together in large mixing bowl;
Pour mixture into baking dish;
Add salt and pepper to taste; and sprinke with paprika;
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
