1c oil
2c sugar
3 eggs
2c grated zucchini
3c flour
2tsp cinnamon
1/2tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
2tsp vanilla
1 1/2c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
blend oil and sugar
beat in eggs one at a time
add zuccchini
sift flour,baking powder,baking soda and cinnamon together
add to sugar,eggs,oil and zucchini mixture
add vanilla
beat well add 1 1/2c chopped nuts
bake at 325 for about 1 1/4hrs.
