26 graham crackers( rolled fine...about 1 3/4c)
3/4c butter (melted)
1tbsp brown sugar

24oz. cream cheese
4 eggs
1c sugar
1tsp vanilla

Topping
1pt sour crem
3/4c sugar
Directions:
Directions:
combine first 3 ingredients
line bottom of 9" spring form pan
beat cream cheese,eggs,sugar,vanilla 20-25minutes at medium speed
bake 40 minutes at 325º
cool fo 35 minutes
beat topping ingredients together for 10 minutes
pour over cooked cake
bake at 400º 10 minutes
refrigerate overnight
