2c flour
2tsp cinnamon
2tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt
1c oil
2c sugar
4eggs
3c grated carrots
1c chopped walnuts
2/3 c raisins
FROSTING
1 8oz.pkg cream cheese (softened)
1/2 stick of butter(softened)
1 1lb pkg confection sugar
2tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350º
sift together first 4 ingredients
cream together oil,sugar and eggs
add to sifted ingerdients
then add last three ingredients
bake in greased 9x13 pan for 1 hour
cool then frost
combine cream cheese and butter
add sugar and vanilla
mix till smooth
