1/4c raisins
1/4c currants
3tbsp diced citron
1/4c chopped nuts
2c flour
1/2c sugar
1/4tsp salt
2 well beaten eggs
1/2c molasses
1tsp baking soda
1/2t cream of tartar
1/2tsp cinnamon
1/2tsp ground cloves
1/4tsp nutmeg

preheat oven 350
combine first 5 ingredients
cream butter,sugar and salt
add eggs and molasses
sift baking soda,cream of tartar and spices
combine all...mix well
spread into buttered 9x13 pan.
bake 15min(check after 10)
cut into bars while warm
