1 cup Honey Maid Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 cup all-purpose flour
cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
teaspoon salt
1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup chopped apple
CRUMB TOPPING
cup melted margarine
cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
cup chopped walnuts
cup gram cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add margarine (or butter) and milk, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat 2 minutes.
Add eggs; beat 2 minutes more.
Spread batter in greased 9-inch square pan, sprinkle chopped apple over top.
Sprinkle Crumb Topping evenly over apples.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
