3 lbs. hamburg
1 c. crackers (crushed)
2 tbsp. diced parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten
onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
tsp. black pepper
tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. ketchup
SAUCE
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
12 oz. chili sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburg with other ingredients. Shape into 1 meatballs. Bake on cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 10 15 minutes to remove some of the fat; drain.
Heat sauce ingredients until everything is dissolved. Put meatballs in a baking dish. Pour sauce over meatballs.
Bake, uncovered, 20 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Drain any excess fat. Return to oven for further browning.
