4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Panko crumbs (Japanese bread crumbs)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
flour
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken in mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
Slightly beat egg. Dip coated chicken in egg mixture.
Dredge in mixture of Panko and cheese.
Saute in butter about 4-5 minutes per side.
