1 c low-fat cottage cheese
3 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp skim milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in b lender or food processor until smooth. Good on toast or bagels. Once in awhile we need to save a few pennies and the following recipes should help.
