1 TSP BAKING SODA
4 CUP FLOUR
2 EGGS
1 CUP SUGAR
1 TSP CREAM OF TARTAR
1 TSP VANILLA

PREHEAT OVEN 375*
CREAM BUTTER,OIL, AND BOTH SUGARS ADD VANILLA AND EGGS. MIX DRY MIXTURE AND COMBINE.
CHILL 1 HOUR
MAKE SMALL BALLS, ROLL IN SUGAR AND PRESS DOWN W/ GLASS
BAKE 10 MIN ON LIGHTLY GREASES COOKIE SHEET
