Ingredients:  
1 c. steamed yellow squash
small onion, chopped
salt & pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mash yellow squash. Add the chopped small onion,
salt & pepper, sugar, flour, and egg.
Mix all ingredients together and fry them on a greased griddle, just like a pancake.
