Ingredients:	Ingredients: Materials: • 2 cups cold water • 1 ¾ cups flour • Newspaper cut into strips

Directions:	Directions: Procedure: • Mix water and flour in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Mixture should be the same thickness as heavy cream. • Coat a mold* with one layer of newspaper which have been dipped in water. Then dip the strips in flour mixture and lay over first layer of strips until mold is well coated. • Let stand until strips on mold are dry and hard. Paint over the strips if you like. (* molded clay or an inflated balloon make a good mold)
