Materials:
2 cups cold water
1 cups flour
Newspaper cut into strips

Directions:
Directions:
Procedure:
Mix water and flour in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Mixture should be the same thickness as heavy cream.
Coat a mold* with one layer of newspaper which have been dipped in water. Then dip the strips in flour mixture and lay over first layer of strips until mold is well coated.
Let stand until strips on mold are dry and hard. Paint over the strips if you like.

(* molded clay or an inflated balloon make a good mold)
