1 cup sugar
cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
cup buttermilk* mixed with 1 tsp baking soda.
1 cup or more mashed bananas.
1 cups flour
* Add 1 tsp. to whole milk as an alternative

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Add buttermilk mixed with baking soda.
Add mashed bananas and flour.
Bake in greased loaf pans 40-45 mins. at 350.
