1 peach. Pitted and cut into wedges
1 nectarine. Pitted and cut into wedges
3 apricots. Pitted and cut into wedges
5 ounces peach brandy
1 bottle (750ml) chilled Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine)
1 cup peach nectar
Superfine sugar, if desired.

Directions:
Directions:
In a pitcher, combine fruit.
Stir in peach brandy; let sit at least one hour.
Stir in Prosecco and peach nectar.
Serve Chilled.
