lb. each of American cheese, Swiss cheese, provolone, boiled ham, and hard salami.
2 pkg. crescent rolls
Large jar roasted (not fried) peppers
1 egg
cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pat 1 pkg. crescent rolls onto 10 x 14 pan.
Layer with American cheese, boiled ham, Swiss cheese, peppers, salami, and provolone.
Pat 1 pkg. crescent rolls on top.
Mix egg and grated cheese and brush on top.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until light brown. Cool slightly before cutting into squares.
May be served hot or cold.
