1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate (4oz.) melted
2 cups granulated sugar 4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate, and granulated sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt and stir into oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Shape into 1 inch balls and roll into confectioners' sugar and place on greased cookie sheetl Bake 10 to 12 minutes
