Chicken Breasts (cutlets)
2 T. butter (melted)
1 T. flour
1 can of mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken cutlets in eggs, seasoned bread crumbs & fry in oil. Put in baking pan.

Boil 2 cups water, add 2 chicken boullion cube, add this to butter, add pepper, salt, garlic, parsley, oregano and 2 Tablespoon lemon juice.

Pour sauce over chicken. Bake in oven for 350 for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Cover with tin foil.

Serve with rice or vegetables.

To make rice more tasty, put a chicken boullion in water while rice is cooking.
