4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 c chicken broth
1/2 c light cream
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
tomato wedges
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the chicken breasts in the butter, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from pan to a serving platter, cover and keep warm. Stir flour into the skillet drippings; cook for a minute, then add broth and light cream cooking and stirring until mixture thickens and bubbles; stir in mustard. Add the chicken then cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with tomato wedges and parsley.
