9 beaten eggs
1 lb. grated cheese (jack)
1 lb. cottage cheese
scant cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
1 cube butter or margarine
1 sm. chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Mix ingredients and pour all into 9x13 baking pan. Bake 40 min. at 350.

You may also add other ingredients such as mushrooms, 2 pkgs. spinach, 2 bell peppers, sausage, etc.
